Introduction:
All
things are made of light. There are as many differences in light as there are
stars in the heavens. Light, or intelligence exists on a single plane and
ranges from the brightest to utter darkness and covers all the spectrum of
color and frequency. For the sake of clarity, we will refer to light on the
bright end of this spectrum as light, and on the dark end as darkness.
Intelligence
or light is the building block of all things and is in character either good or bad.
If
spiritually we ingest light our spirits are happy, loving and approaching God.
If spiritually we ingest darkness, we become hateful, angry, and contentious
approaching hell. Our spiritual appearance alters as the result of the light we
ingest.
The
same thing is true of ingesting light temporally. The food we eat consists of
light or darkness causing similar effects on our bodies. Foods consisting of
light cause us to be healthy, strong, and vibrant while food that consists of
darkness will cause physical distortion, inflammation, discomfort, disease, and
unhappiness.
It
has been well documented that the condition of our physical bodies directly
affects our condition spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Thus, the overall
state of our existence depends heavily on what we eat.
The
purpose of this blog is to share our findings about light and
darkness in the food we eat and its effects upon us both spiritually and
physically to the end that we would learn how to live a happy, healthy, and vibrant
life.
