Introduction: All things are made of light. There are as many differences in light as there are stars in the heavens. Light, or intelligence exists on a single plane and ranges from the brightest to utter darkness and covers all the spectrum of color and frequency. For the sake of clarity, we will refer to light on the bright end of this spectrum as light, and on the dark end as darkness. Intelligence or light is the building block of all things and is in character either good or bad. If spiritually we ingest light our spirits are happy, loving and approaching God. If spiritually we ingest darkness, we become hateful, angry, and contentious approaching hell. Our spiritual appearance alters as the result of the light we ingest. The same thing is true of ingesting light temporally. The food we eat consists of light or darkness causing similar effects on our bodies. In the Beginning How to start your journey to better health. Where to start? This is an important question because the start will impact the whole journey. I think any journey must begin with a purpose. If I decide to travel to a sunny Florida beach and hang out there for a week there must have been a reason for going. I wouldn’t go just because. It would cost money, time, and effort to plan and to carry out such a trip. But if I decide that I need a break and relaxing for a week on a beach will fill that need, then I am motivated and willing to do what is necessary.
